Erin Jones-Wesley is a creative executive at Lionsgate in the Motion Picture Group. She is a former NCAA Division I softball player, having played for Long Beach State University, where she achieved several record performances as a pitcher and maintains the record as the most winningest pitcher in the school's history, along with having the school’s career strikeout record. The SoCal native was also Miss Santa Monica USA 2020 and earned her Master of Fine Arts from the prestigious American Film Institute Conservatory.

After her student-athlete career, Jones-Wesley championed LA's underserved through philanthropic work at the Major League Baseball Youth Academy in Compton, and in 2014, co-founded the Los Angeles-based sports philanthropy, Club 42 LA, with John Branca, co-executor of the Michael Jackson estate, Johnny Buc Lockwood, and Melissa Bowden.

In addition to her work at Lionsgate, Jones-Wesley has also worked as an on-camera color analyst for Big West Conference softball on ESPN and has grown a following of over 150k people across all social media platforms. She is a passionate advocate for women, diversity, and inclusion in the entertainment industry, and she is committed to using her platform to amplify the voices of underrepresented communities.
